Green hue to poop 1 year old

So my son has a green hue to his poop and it’s looking really dark.

he had his 1 year jabs about 11 days ago, is it a longer reaction to the jabs or is it a cows milk reaction?

My daughter is nearly 2 and often goes through phases of dark green poo. I have asked GP before and they have said it can be caused by certain food and also teething. If your child is otherwise well, I wouldn't be concerned but of course ask your GP if necessary :)
