What are these bumps that keep appearing on my 8 month olds feet?

They don’t seem to bother him but they keep coming up, see picture below. Thanks :)

Could be some sort of Hand,Foot and Mouth or could be fungal? Take him to a pharmacy, they can diagnose minor ailments or direct you to the GPs

Eczema can cause blisters like this on hands and feet.

Heat rash? I’d take him to the pharmacy and let them advise
