3 year jabs - Antibes child had a bad reaction?

My DD had her 3 year jabs on Friday morning, all fine. Since Friday night she has had a temperature and has been sick and says her tummy hurts.
have been giving calpol and water and she isn’t interested in eating.
she doesn’t seem to be getting any better and her temperature is hitting 40. I know temperatures are to be expected.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

Remember that normal illnesses happen all the time and she could have a virus or something that’s totally unrelated to the vaccine.
If you’re having trouble controlling her temp with calpol maybe call 111 for advice?

NHS suggests calling 111 or a gp for a temp above 38 that isn’t coming down with paracetamol.
Is she drinking enough fluids?

It's normal. The MMR is a live vaccine

Thanks all - I thought it was normal - was getting a bit worried after 2 days and temp not coming down - was considering 111 - I gave ibuprofen and she perked up no end! Literally a different child. I know they can make a turn either way very quickly.
