Hello,
What does anyone think this is please? Started on Friday, he was upset saying sore bum, I could only see 1 small spot and thought it might be a bite. He hasn't got any fever or anything else as far as I know. Maybe once or twice a day he says his bum hurts for 5 minutes then the rest of the day he's ok. I've just looked today and can see a few more spots under the crease of his leg. He says it's the outside of his bum that hurts not inside (just asked to check)
First pic is last Friday and other pics are today, do you think I need gp for this? Just not sure what it is and he can't explain further

No idea, sorry. It could be a very mild case. Just bumping for you.

Possibly the beginnings of it. Keep an eye on warm places like behind the ear, and if it is more will come out soon.

It sure does. You'll find the spots fill with fluid and burst and thats when they are most itchy. I recommend piriton and poxclin mousse for the itch.
All 3 of mine had it last month 😫

That looks more like Molluscum .
Google it. It's viral and the spots occur round areas of moist chafing ie knicker line, nose and mouth especially. Harmless but annoying. There is a paint available.
