Is this the start of chicken poxs

My little boy had sickness & viral infection this week, he burst some blood vessels which caused a rash & temp and now he’s come out in these spots on his face where the rash was? Only one side of the face nothing else.

Unlikely , the6 tend to start on torso and are very definite spots. Could be a post-viral rash or heat related if he lay that side. Or impetigo if he scratched the area.
