What is this and should I take DD to pharmacy?

Hi everyone - DD (2) had chicken pox last week and her spots are healing well. I just noticed this on her inner wrist - is this likely to be an infected spot? Or a bite? Should I take her to a pharmacist?

Thank you for any advice you can offer. I'm at my wits end. It's one thing after another Sad

Looks like a CP spot which may have got a bit infected to me. Is it troubling her? Maybe show it to a pharmacist to be on the safe side but I suspect that they would say put antiseptic cream etc on it and keep an eye on it.

My son got infected pox and it looked similar, he had to have antibiotics so I would try and see a doc

Thank you both - I'm going to put antiseptic cream and a plaster on it overnight, and then if it's not showing any improvement in the morning, find an open pharmacist who will then direct me to a walk-in centre if needs be.
