Chesty rattle crackle in 10.5 month old...GP?

When if at all should I take her to the GP? I read online if it lasts 3 weeks+ yet someone mentioned go now?

She came down with a cold last week, runny nose, sneezing, dry cough now just a chesty noise with occasional chesty cough, no product. She's getting happier each day so she is getting better?

Wait and see if she shifts it on her own or should I be more concerned?

At that age if any concerns I would just get checked by a GP, they never mind seeing little babies, although it does sound like she’s on the mend.
