Toddler vomiting at night and not eating

My toddler is 2.5 years and has been vomiting at night since Wednesday. It’s always around the same time each night. She has no appetite at all and is normally eating us out of house and home. She had been waking the week before around the same time but a quick cuddle and back to sleep she went. But since Wednesday night she is vomiting. Anyone else experience this? What was the cause for you DC?
She only at 2 crackers yesterday and had some warm milk but she still was sick in the night.
When she was sick the previous nights she had eaten very little, refusing dinner telling me her tummy was sore and she didn’t want it. The bit of fruit she had eaten at lunch time re appeared and didn’t seem to be digested at all.
I had given her a wormer Wednesday so unsure if that caused the problem or if it made whatever was causing her to wake upset before just worse.
Went to a&e yesterday, not a great deal happened as she is quite bright during the day but is becoming more lethargic and tired because she isn’t eating and her sleep is disrupted. they think it could be worms but I am not sure. Am calling the doc again today. It’s not a bug, bugs are not that predictable and no one else is sick. Am starting to freak out a little

Why do you think it is worms? Sign of worms is a very itchy bum.
