Red rash on soles of toddler feet

Just wondered if anyone else’s LO had anything similar?
Rash has been there for around 4-5 days now, not spread anywhere else. My LO has been normal in herself, no temperature or feeling unwell.
I’m going to call the doctors in the morning but been searching online tonight and can’t seem to find what it could be. My first thought was hand foot and mouth but the rash has been there a few days and not spread anywhere else and she has no symptoms of illness.

Looks possibly fungal? Maybe ask a chemist to have a look.

Yes I would have said hand foot and mouth as well. My ds had it three times when he was a toddler even though I was told you could only get it once.

Hello, my son has the same issue. Did it go away? What happened?

Are your kids wearing Native shoes?

Anyone ever figure out what this is? My 19 m/o has the same thing on her foot. It's been weeks. It doesn't spread or necessarily get worse. It is NOT HFM disease, as its been weeks with 0 other symptoms or rash on her face, arms, hands, etc. It doesn't seem to bother her or itch. It's just simply there. This is a picture of it at it's worst, now it's drying out and slowly peeling. Not sure if it's a form of dermatitis, viral, bacterial, etc.

Looks like hand foot and mouth clusters of red pin prick blisters ?

Looks like it yes, but not it. She's had this rash for weeks (hand foot and mouth blisters last about 10 days). Never spread to other parts of body. So now I'm thinking maybe bacterial or eczema type rash.
