Very small lymph node on back of head...is it anything to worry about?

My daughter (12 weeks) has a little, very little lymph node that I can feel on the back of her head, it wobbles around and shrinks but never grows any bigger than an under developed pea, she was born CMV positive and has a rare liver condition which came out of the blue and causes me to worry about little things, I'm checked with HV, Dr. And consultant if it's anything to worry about and they recon it's a healthy lymph node, it's just she's had it since being a few weeks old? Anyone else out there in the same position or recommend going back to the Dr? I don't want to seem like a worrywort and be using Dr.s valuable time if it's literally just normal haha!
Thanks in advance!
Also she never has a fever or any "worrying" signs, she eats well (too well!) And it doesn't cause discomfort or anything!
Again thanks mum's (and dad's!)

It sounds like a normal lymph node. Lymph nodes are not even considered enlarged unless they are bigger than 2cms, and even then they can be normal in children.
Healthy lymph nodes are pea size so even though you can feel them, it’s normal.
My son has one in his neck which is larger (it’s about 1.5cms) and we just had it scanned (because he’s had it a few months) and it was fine, so I’m sure it’s nothing to be concerned about!
