9 month old baby sickness and diarrhoea

Hi, I don’t know if any other mums can help me out there! My baby had a sickness bug last Wednesday (24 hour) since then he has had diarrhoea for about a week. No one seems to concerned but he is completely off his food, almost like he’s in pain and distressed when eating. I don’t know what to do? Any other mums had babies that have had bugs? How long did it take to pass? I have photo of latest stool if anyone is brave enough to look! Sad

Did you get him tested for covid? I thought one of the symptom was diarrhea.
Anyways, if he's still unwell in pain, seek medical help.

Not long been tested for Covid as no other symptoms at all. He has been seen by a on-site paramedic at the doctors but seemed like a waste of time as he didn’t do anything. Just want reassurance as weekend coming up, stool sample would be best!

My 20 month old was off her food and had diarrhoea for over a week back in October. I took her GP and turned out to be an ear infection.
