Child with covid how to deal with chills

Im second guessing myself and just need someone to agree or disagree.my daughter has covid she's just tested positive today but I knew she was going to eventually get it as her entire class is quickly coming down with it. She's feeling pretty rotten and I've got her in some light PJ's. She hadn't got a fever but is warm to touch and has goosebumps and is complaining that she is cold. I don't wrap her up in warmer clothes because she's cold? I'm almost positive I don't but I'm now second guessing myself.

DS had uncontrollable shivers the first couple of days he had Covid. They stopped when I gave him calpol/ibuprofen.

She's dosed up unfortunately she's also had a headache all day that's not been able to get rid of. It's frustrating that there's not much you can do and the rules keep changing so I struggle to know what the guidelines are

I would just put a light blanket on her, keep an eye on her temp if you have a thermometer and definitely give her some calpol or ibuprofen.

@NotNowwww thank you that's what I've done but I've been second guessing myself for no good reason

If no temp I would let them wrap up x

When I’ve had the chills, I’ve wrapped up. Then taken the layers off when I get feverish.
