Baby vaccinations- some abroad, some in the UK?

I live abroad, my baby is 7 weeks old. We are planning on moving back to the UK early next year and are waiting for the baby's passport to arrive which may be february/March. The baby's first injections are due end of Feb, and then hes due 2 more of the same (so part of a sequence) over the next few months so when we will be back in the UK. Im not sure if its possible to do the 1st vaccination in one country and the following sequential vaccinations in the UK - has anyone done this? Is it possible? Or should I wait and fly him home completely unvaccinated and do them all in the UK?

Just bring the full vaccination record with you and hand in a copy when you register with a GP. The nurses all have access to the Green Book that compares vaccinations from abroad, and will plot out the best way to complete all the courses that children have in the UK.
