Thinning hair in toddler

Does anyone have experience of thinning hair in toddlers? My 18 month old had thick hair from birth, but since about 12 months, it's been falling out quite a bit and it's gone alarmingly thin compared to how it was.
She still breastfeeds at night but eats reasonably well anyway. I give her a dose of well baby each day so pretty sure she's ok nutrition wise.
There is definitely new growth at the front, it just looks thin all over - maybe I'm worrying too much.
Has anyone else had this?

Hi, I know this was a few years ago but did you get an answer? Thanks ☺️
