Looks like a spot/cyst. Had plenty, quite sore and hard to pop

Did you need to see a gp?
Did it need drained?
Antibiotic?

Looks like a spot and will probably pop on its own. If you want to help it along you could get a (not too) hot wet flannel and press it gently on the spot. It might bring it to a head and pop by itself.
