Small lumo under a skin on the back of baby's ears.

Hello,

I found this on the back of my baby's ears. Is this normal? I don't have lumps there. He is 11 weeks and only just noticed them so not sure if they were there since birth.
Is this normal?

Do you still have a health visitor? Are they on both ears and in the same place?
