Worried about my child's poo

Hey mums
I am quite concerned about my daughters poo. She is 27 months and when ever she poos it's solid nuggets, on the odd occasion she may have a soft one but that is hardly ever. I have spoken to the doctors as this has been going on for over 6 months now. Doctor advised to make sure she drinks plenty of water and lots if fibre in her diet. So I have tried this, she can be fussy with her food though. I just want to know if any other mums have gone through this and should I be worried ? What else can I do to help. She never seems in pain or uncomfortable.
TIA Smile

If she isn't in pain or uncomfortable then I wouldn't worry about it.

She’s 2? All of mine had solid poos at that age.

No I would only be worried if she was actually struggling to go. It's very normal and healthy to have solid stools like this - if anything healthier than looser stools. Dd is very much the same. She did get constipated as a baby which she outgrew but even when she wasn't constipated her stools have always been and remain hard - she's 6 now. She still very much does the 'nuggets' but not an issue. She doesn't struggle to go now...
