2 sickness bugs in the space of a month?

My ds is 2. He had a sickness bug about 5 weeks ago and seems to have another one. He's been sick 5 times so far this morning and is feeling rubbish. Is it normal to have 2 sickness bugs so close together? Dh and I ended up with the last one so not looking forward to having another one so soon.

Yeah it's normal. I'm guessing he's in paid childcare. We've had the same problem.

@girlmom21 Yes he started nursery 2 afternoons a week and he's had a constant snotty nose ever since!

Yep, first year in nursery expect a bug once a fortnight. Usually at the weekends. So basically stock up on cold and sickness meds because every weekend you will be ill. It calms down after the first year though!

Yup. Grotty, isn't it. The first winter in nursery is like that. If it's any consolation, it's an important stage and they do build up their immune systems after a while.
