Baby referred to physio - delayed gross motor skills, possible hip issue?

My little girl has just turned 1, she was referred to physio by the HV at her 12 month review as she couldn't do anything in the 'Gross Motor' section of the Ages and Stages Questionnaire.

Roll on a couple of weeks and she's now pulling up onto her knees and doing her own whacky crawl - she drags one leg under her.

I've stupid done a bit of googling and now worried she's got something wrong with her hips - she has uneven creases, a wonky crawl and one leg never sits flay on the ground when she sits down.
Also if we stand her up on her feet, she will often keep the same leg on tiptoe?

Will the physio check her hips?
Has anyone's baby had similar symptoms and it not be an issue?

Thanks, and sorry for the ramble!
