Blocked nose and sneezing in morning

My daughter 9 wakes every morning with a blocked nose and sneezing. She's fine the rest of the day so it's not a cold. Any ideas ?!

My daughter is like this. She has hayfever and other allergies which are often worst thing.

I believe my daughter could have dust mite allergies too. I'm always cleaning can vacuuming but nothing is fool proof.

Does she sleep with any soft toys? Sometimes they can trigger my daughters allergies. I've recently washed them on a 60. I've also found my daughters allergies much better after getting rid of her shaggy rug. I hoover it regularly but it seems to hold dust.

We now use anti allergy pillows, mattress and quilt too. Bedding is changed weekly as usual.

Maybe try giving her a antihistamine before bed?

Do you have any air fresheners or Reed diffusers in the house?
What is the bedding made of?
Have you recently decorated anywhere?

Not allergic to feather bedding?
Or dust mites?

Dust mite allergy is the most likely culprit.
