My daughter is 2 years old and has been having pain in her stomach itching skin swollen lymph nodes in her groin and rashes. She had a blood test and her alp came back at 1500 I’m worried sick. Has anyone else experienced this please any advice. She’s been refered to an oncologist already and having an ultra sound on her stomach but I can’t eat or sleep. I’m so worried x

I don’t have any advice, but I am sure your little one is perfectly fine. Try not to worry too much. I know it’s easier to say. I am sure you will be relieved from the stress after the scan!!

I’m sorry I have no advice but I hope you get some positive news soon. Will keep everything crossed that it’s something minor causing it.

Hi OP -
So sorry, sounds horribly stressful.I really hope the scan comes back clear. Good that she’s been referred - 1000s of patients go through the cancer pathway who don’t turn out to have cancer (unfortunately, some do). But the point is it means she’ll be seen quickly, investigates thoroughly and you’ll get answers you need without delay. Take hours and days at a time and be kind to yourself. Xx

Hey! I hope you and your daughter are doing well.
unfortunately I'm going through the same thing with my child now and I was wondering how it turned out for you? I'm worried sick X
