Worried my 11 month old isn’t eating enough!

Just looking for advice on what the right amount for an 11 month old to be eating is Confused

Most of the food I cook for my little one ends up pushed around her high chair or on the floor! I’m getting really worried that she’s not getting enough- especially of the good stuff she needs like veggies!
An average day for her would probably be
Breakfast - 1/2 a weetabix with fruit and yoghurt
Lunch- piece of toast with cream cheese and 1/2 a scrambled egg
Tea- probably 5-10 mouthfuls of whatever I make her and the rest ends up on the floor Sad. She’d happily eat a full pouch if I let her but I want her to be eating food I’m making.

She’s still having about 24oz milk and would eat fruit all day long if I let her but does that sound like a normal amount for her to be eating ? Some babies I see seem to be eating full sized meals !!

She’s on the smaller side for her age - about 20lbs I think so I think that’s why I worry.

Appreciate any advice 🙂

Try not to worry OP. That sounds perfectly fine to me. I don’t think she’s underweight at 20lb either but it’ll depend on her centile & birth weight I think?
She’s still having a lot of milk so I would think that’s filling her up. Is she having cows milk or formula?

Sounds absolutely fine and remember, food is fun before they're one. Keep going and your little one will get there. Assume she's gaining weight?

If it helps, my DS was 18lbs at 11 months.

She's probably not hungry because if the amount of milk she's having. At 11 months she only needs 400 ml (13.5 floz) a day dropping down to 300 ml at 12 months.

I'd start by dropping the first bottle in the morning and going straight to breakfast. Once she has less than 20 floz a day you'll need to start giving a vitamin each day though Smile
