Hi guys! So my 22 month old son has been vomiting and has had diarrhea for 4 nights since last Thursday night (8th April 2021). He vomited first on Thursday night with very bad diarrhea. He was ok Friday, sat sun night. Same thing mon night and again Thursday night and last night. He doesn't have a temp and seems fine during the day. It only seems to come on him at night. I haven't changed his diet, and he eats plenty during the day. After he got sick Thursday night I kept his food intake on Friday to very bland foods like toast, crackers, dry pasta, bananas....but then Friday night he vomited again, and I can hear his tummy doing really loud gurgling noises. I rang the GP and he seems to think it's a bug. I just find it strange how it only comes at night? Anyone else experience this?
