Green mucous in 3 month old poo?

Anyone else's baby had green mucous in poo?

He is on kendamil
Had jabs last week and has been very off since

Doctor seems to think it's a sign of reflux because he is also refusing feeds and has put him on gaviscon?

I'm just not sure that's the case...

My baby is on Kendamil and most of her poos are dark green and runny.

They changed to yellow/mucusy the last week or so then went back to green and had bits of what looked like black cotton in yesterday so I checked in with our HV who advised to call the GP but he had no concerns after seeing her. She is teething so that was his explanation for the mucus.

I've read loads about Kendamil producing unusual poos so I try not to worry too much, but I know it's easier said than done I'm now worrying it's a bad batch of formula and I have 3 tins from the same batch in the cupboard 🤪
