3yo slipped and banged her forehead on her play kitchen this morning - got a cut on her forehead and obviously a bit of a bang in the process. The bleeding stopped straight away and she cried immediately then calmed down, so I wasn't too worried about concussion, especially as the impact was glancing her forehead rather than a Big Bang on the back of the head.
I have baby nurofen to prevent lots of swelling around the cut and help her pain but just read you should only ever give paracetamol after a bang on the head. Worried now!!!
