Any ideas what this might be? Hemangioma? HV/PHP and GP unsure

Hi there,

Hoping someone here might be able to shed some light and alleviate some concern.
My DD is 14 weeks old. She has been in a Pavlik Harness since 7 weeks for hip dysplasia; about 3 weeks ago I noticed this pink/red dot - I initial thought the band of the harness that goes across her chest had snagged her skin, such a cause would have been unlikely and it obviously isn’t the case as 3 weeks have passed without it fading. The size has stayed the same but it may have grown marginally bigger. I think it’s the same though.
Orthopaedic nurse, health visitor/public health nurse and GP were unsure when I mentioned it to them. The GP said it was possibly a hemangioma but that it was hard to tell as it is so small. She said to take a photo with something for reference and the only advice was to just wait and see :/
Photos are not the best quality, apologies!

Sorry, but on that picture quality really can't tell. If it is a haemangioma then it will probably get bigger, brighter red, and start sticking out more (before gradually fading and then shrinking).
