Strep throat and scarlet fever again!!!

My son started reception in September and since then he’s had strep throat which has turned into scarlet fever twice, meaning two lots of antibiotics each course lasting 10 days and each time he’s passed it onto his 2 year old brother who then also has to be treated. Just had three weeks where they have both been healthy and then tonight my 4 year old starts showing all the signs again funny voice, red tongue, sore throat, flushed cheeks and slight temp. I can’t believe it’s happening again 😤 Is there a reason he keeps catching it? The only place he’s going is school, surely 3 lots of antibiotics in 3 months isn’t any good for anyone. I feel so sorry for him. We also have a newborn now so I’m dreading it passing time them. Does anyone else have any experience of repeated infection I’m seriously concerned that there’s some reason he keeps getting it but he’s not previously been a sickly child. We’ve reported it to the school but is there something they should be doing?

I’m dreading seeing what state he is in in the morning.
