My DD got hit in the face at school yestersay. They phoned and told me and said she was fine but her 2 front top teeth were a bit sore. I was working and said as long as she is fine she can stay at school.
Picked her up and she was fine. Quite happy.
However they are sore and wobbly. They were a little wobbly before so just thought this would be ok but have googled tonight and it says ring the dentist... Now im worried ive done the wrong thing
Anyone have any advice please

Call a dentist in the morning just to be safe and make sure she has not damaged her adult teeth in her gums.

Dont beat yourself up about not doing it straight away. My DD poisoned herself by ingesting something I wouldn’t have considered as poison, she was fine, lots of vomiting but after a good sleep was ok. It was only the next day I thought to look it up.

When my daughter fell on her tooth and had this I spoke to my dad who is a (retired) dentist. He said eat soft foods for a few days and they’ll be ok. He said if they were wonky push them back in (ew sorry) but I didn’t have to do that. Speak to your own dentist too of course but I think they recover and will be ok, so more so you’re not worrying tonight.
