DD12 stomach cramps 2 hours after dairy?

Does this sound like an intolerance or just a coincidence? For the last 3 days DD11 has had bad cramps really low down in her belly 2 hours after breakfast and sometimes 2 hours after other meals.
Breakfast is cereal with milk and toast with jam. The other meals have all had cheese in but I don’t know if I’m jumping to conclusions. She’s not bloated or constipated.
Calpol seems to help or they may just get better after an hour by themselves.
Is it worth cutting out milk or make a gp appointment? Thanks.

If she has dairy in every meal how do you know it is the dairy and not just the fact of eating a meal?
Try cutting out dairy for a week. Oat milk is the most similar to cow milk.
