Does anyone have any idea what this could be please?

Going to call GP in the morning but as they're only doing initial telephone call consultations I don't even know how I'd describe it.

Google geographic tongue. I get it when I’ve eaten anything red or acidic and it looks similar to the pic you’ve just posted. So tomatoes, red peppers, apples, anything citrusy, white wine (but not red). It’ll feels a bit like the feeling you get when you’ve burnt your tongue? Think it’s called geographic tongue because the patches look like a map? Has she eaten anything acidic today?

I'll have a look, thank you. I noticed it starting last week but she's been with her father and today is the first day I've had her back since Thursday last week and it's much bigger than it was.

She does love her tomato sauce so wondering if it may be that. She does say it doesn't hurt though.

DS has this. Dentist and dr said Geographic tongue. It's more sensitive and he still doesn't like particularly hot or cold foods still over 10 years later!

Oh god sounds like she'll be stuck with it for a long time then
