my 1 year old just got hold of a raw chicken packet

He just pulled it out the bin 😫 I don't know if it went in his mouth. I feel physically sick.

Is this guaranteed food poisoning?

No - he'll most likely be fine. Mine ate old cat food once and didn't even have a dodgy tummy

No not at all, in fact I would think the chance of food poisoning is extremely slim.
