Treatment for allergic reaction to babywipes

DD has had the most horrendous allergic reaction to some wipes (Amazon's Mama Bear sensitive ones in case anyone is wondering!) and is in absolute agony. Does anyone have any suggestions of things that might help? I'm using metanium yellow which we've found very good in the past but wondered if there was something I could put in the bath? Very bad timing as I have a lot going on elsewhere right now so would love to get it cleared up ASAP.

An oatmeal bath can help soothe irritated skin, I used to do that for my DS when his eczema flared up. It is soothing rather curative though. Other than that it might be worth asking a pharmacist tomorrow .

@lucked yes I'll definitely get her to the pharmacy. Thanks for the oatmeal tip.
