Hey! Advise or anyone had this on their baby?

Baby girl is 23m old today - weekend noticed this spot - no other spots, no temp, so can’t be HFM and totally herself... but no idea what it could be? Had a video consultation with the doc who just said keep a eye on it- what could this be?! It’s flat and inside the skin and red....

Maybe it's a spot?

Don't mean to be flippant, but kids do sometimes just get the odd spot. Or she could have trodden on something? Unless she breaks out in them everywhere or it turns into something more significant, I wouldn't even worry.
