Urine infection in 3yo girl?

My daughter is 3.5 and for the last 24 hours it feels like she's been going to the toilet a lot and producing very little. Maybe once every 1.5 to 2 hours. That said, she did sleep through the night with no issue.

She's not in any pain, and the urine looks normal and has no smell. She's also well in herself.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Drink plenty of fluids and see what happens over the next 24 hours. If no improvement I'd suggest a trip to the doctor as it can quickly progress to a kidney infection. I suffered terribly until I had my own children so I'd definitely be keeping an eye on it. If she develops a temp or nausea I'd take her straight to the GP
