Severe Boob Pain - 14 year old daughter

My poor daughter has been complaining about pain in one of her breasts for a while. She is a decent size but I suspect still growing... Her painful breast is now noticeably larger than the other one. Last night the pain was so bad she couldn't sleep and had to take Ibuprofen. Does anybody know if this is something we need to go to a doctor about? Is it normal to have 'growing pains' in your breasts? It is not something her older sister had I can't remember having pain either (apart from when pregnant).

This may not be of much help but unusually I have suffered with this throughout my 30’s, yes it’s always worth asking a Doctor’s opinion, mine had no explanation other than hormones but still sent me for an ultrasound to double check, it’s all fine but the pain can still be very bad and it is much larger than the other side.

Definitely get a second opinion but I suffered terribly with growing pains in my boobs for years. Even when I was pregnant they weren't as sore as they had been as a teen x
