Pale green poop formula fed 13 week old

My baby usually has peanut butter consistency mustard yellow poos tonight it was place green a little bit thicker and had a really strong smell ? Should I be worried have very health anxiety and I'm a first time mum so don't know what's normal or what's not

What formula? Sounds OK if your baby is acting ok

Yes it can happen, normally for no reason. When weaning starts it can have even more variety!
