Underarm hair, 6 year old DD

DD2 is 6, 7 at end of July. In the last couple of months there's been the odd occasion where she smelt of stale sweat and today while out playing I realised she was a bit stinky and has now got some fine, dark underarm hair. Given her age, in normal times I'd take her to our GP. No other signs of precocious puberty. She is way taller than most of her peer group, so easily passes for 9 and wears some age 10 clothes as she's tall and broad but I wouldn't describe her as overweight looking. I don't have scales so can't weigh her. Her older sister didn't start with hair or odour until she was about 11 so this is all new.

Anyone else had this? Do I just ignore and put her in the shower more often for the time being?

She doesn't seem bothered which is good and I do have some kids deo I could apply but I'm a bit loathe as she's still so little.

Probably fine, but I would call your GP to be on the safe side.

Hopefully premature adrenarche rather than precocious puberty, but please do contact your GP in case.

Thanks @nocoolnamesleft I think that's much more likely now I've done a bit of research. Hadn't heard of this before you mentioned it.
