Any idea about this spot on my toddlers face?

DD 18 months has had this spot on her cheek for going on 3 months now - started as a faint mark but has gradually got bigger and redder. It doesn’t appear to have a head but it is slightly raised.

Sometimes it (and the skin around it) gets quite flushed although she’s teething at the mo so hard to tell what it’s caused by.

Reluctant to trouble the gp with it but have been stupidly googling and the closest thing I’ve come up with is a broken blood vessel thingy which may need to be lasered off if it doesn’t go on it’s own. My poor baby’s face .

Hi, yes it did eventually, although she's now 4 and has had another one pop up on her hand. It doesn't seem to cause her any problems so we're going to leave it and hopefully it will go away as well. Hope you're little one is ok
