I just read a book that was recommended on here re: children who are extreme fussy eaters (my son in this case).

This week i had to buy Kellogg's rice crispies rather than Lidl own brand due to availability in the supermarket and it seems the Kellogg's ones have loads of extra vitamins and nutritional stuff added. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a case across the board with the more expensive food? I'm happy to buy branded stuff for him if it's better for him. The book also said that branded bread rather than the supermarkets own one had more nutrients added which was news to me.
