My DS born on 8th-feb , and was given BCG vaccination two days later .
Now its a yellowish raised blister on that spot . and slight fever of 98.6 F.
How long it takes for blister to disappear and fever to dissipate ?

It can take AAAAAGES. My DD has a blister that burst and then was still getting an ulcer months and months after her BCG. She has been left with a large scar on her arm.

Obviously you need to make sure it isn’t infected - so redness not spreading etc and if you are worried talk to a medical professional OF COURSE.

But generally it can take a very long time to heal.

See here advice from a children’a hospital which mentions how long it can take (months).

It is horrible and I was worried to but some just react more than others.

My son's BCG healed very quickly. My daughters took about a year to go. Every so often it would ooze yellow puss too. It was checked a couple of times and I was told it was fine. But if you are concerned then have it looked at. (I can't remember my youngest having it at all!! I think it was done in hospital straight after birth...I might need to check his record!)
