Worried about babies poo! Sorry but pic attached

Hi everybody
My son is 17 weeks old fed primarily breast but also has two bottles formula a day.
Last couple of days his poo has been really pale and lots of it. Lumpy aswell. Usually it is typical breastfed baby poo - mustard yellow and seedy so this is really unusual for him.
I know it’s grim but please would some brave people have a look and see if this is concerning?
Don’t want to run to gp at the moment if it’s going to waste their time given what’s going on.

Thank you

I honestly think it's fairly normal. Does he seem unwell in any way?

OtherVoices · 27/03/2020 06:46

God! I remember nappies like that!!

Yep looks familiar,
My baby went through stages of having lots of nappies like these even when there was no change in diet or anything.
It does seem alarming when there's loads of it and it looks different but I wouldn't worry it is normal :)

I bet he's teething. Mine gets nappies like that with teething. Don't worry. Definitely within the realms of normal in any rate :)

Thank you everyone for fast replies that’s reassuring Smile

Normal! Our paediatrician (here in Switzerland children see the paediatrician every few months in their first year) said any colour is fine except completely black or completely white.

I also think it's normal op. Don't worry and I also bet there's some teething happening.
