3 month old DD recovering from chicken pox

My 8 year old, 4 year and 4 month old have just had chicken pox. I know I can use bio oil on the older ones but what can I use on baby to reduce scarring? She had so many on her face and they went quite deep.
Tips gratefully received!!

Nothing works, really. But the advantage of being so little means that as babies grow and the surface area of their skin gets larger, the scars will be a lot less noticeable.
