Impetigo - daughter embarrassed to go back to school

Hi there,
I'm a single dad and my daughter (7) has had impetigo, it's no longer contagious but she's really sensitive/ playing up about going back to school as she has a big scab on her lip. I really need to get back to work tomorrow. Does anyone have any tips to get her back?
