Baby 4 month vaccination/ baby not well

My baby has his 4 month vaccination last Thursday . The next to nights he was up a number of times in the night and would not settle. He's usually a really good sleeper and normally wakes up once for a feed and goes straight back to sleep . Since Thursday he has been right of him milk only taking a few ounces , he would usually drink 6-7 . He has managed to finish a few 6 onces but most the time he's only drinking a few . He also had a bad cough at the moment, I'm not sure if this is linked to the vaccine or just a general cough? Has anyone else experienced this after 4 month vaccination? He still has wet nappies and is still his happy self most the time unless he is tired . He seems to also be sleeping more during the day . Last night he did sleep pretty well but has hardly drank his bottle this morning . Any advice appreciated. Thank you

Hello KACM. I've asked MNHQ to move your thread to another area of Mumsnet, where you are likely to get more replies Smile

It's quite normal for baby's to be bit right for a week after the jabs. Have you checked his temp? Did you give calpol for first 24hrs afterwards?

Generally they are back to normal after a week, my dad has here's 2 weeks ago and we went through the same.

Hi @KACM we're moving this over to the health boards where hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along with some advice for you. Flowers
