My son is 5 months old and the last few days he has been totally off, he refuses his bottle (he's on expressed breast milk) all the time and even when he's hungry he will get all excited for it, have about 2oz then bat it away and refuse to drink anymore. He's gone from having about 35oz to having 20 - 25oz. Hes also sleeping a lot more through the day, he has 3 naps, each about 1 to 2 hours and still wakes up tired, before the feeding malarky started he only used to nap for maximum 40 minutes. He's also started waking up more at night, but again he's only taking 2 to 3oz at night too.

He's fine in himself, all smiles and happy etc but he just seems tired all the time. I've had him to the doctors and they can't find anything wrong, no UTI (had previously) or temp or anything and my health visitor just said it's maybe a phase???

Has anyone else gone through this or have any advice? I know I'm being told not to worry but I can't help it when he's just suddenly changed his behaviour! He also had an ecoli UTI when he was 8 weeks old and was in hospital for 3 days with it, he has reflux from his kidneys which is still being investigated so I'm also paranoid about that, but as I said, no UTI when he was checked.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated to put my mind at rest :-)
