Topical reaction to chicken pox vaccine

4yo ds had second chickenpox vaccine yesterday. We took plaster off today and below the plaster site (not where the plaster was covering but below that, so about a cm below the puncture site, is a small plaster sized rectangle that is raised, hard and hot to touch. Ds says it only hurts if touched.
Is this something to worry about/seek medical advice. It was done by a pharmacist. He is totally fine in himself.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
