Anyone able to help me re Eosinophils level in blood test?

Had results back from a blood test DD has had, the Eosinophils levels are way out of range - range is 0.0-0.7 and hers are 2.1. Doctor has reviewed the results and said not to worry about the levels they are like that due to her allergies.

I've looked them up and indeed allergies can be one thing that triggers this along with a lot of other scarier things. Only issue is she doesn't have allergies!

Now my mind is jumping all over the place. I should really know not to google things. Has anyone else had results like this? Any doctors able to help until I can get through this doctor next week?

TIA

My daughter was referred to hospital because of her raised levels, sorry i can't remember what they were, when we got there paediatrician wasn't concerned and said it would be allergy related, but she only has very mild asthma.
