My nearly 2 year old son had a spot appear on his face yesterday now all the sudden under his eye has turned pink and looks like a bruise. He does rubs his eyes when he is tired. Could he have irritated the spot by rubbing it and made it spread? Is there any cream I can put on it or should I leave it alone? Is sudocrema OK? He does get eczema on his face. I have talked to a health visitor about it and the cream she gave me didn't work.
