Temp after pneumonia and flu vaccine

So my dd has pneumonia and flu vaccines together yesterday. She was fit and well at the time. However she does have severe underlying health issues. Her temp overnight peaked to 39.4. And she vomited which I think was connected to the temp as no symptoms of tummy bug.
Her temp came down this morning early and was normal for a couple of hours. However it’s now 38.7 and we can’t seem to get it down. There’s no sign of any infection anywhere and I’m sure it’s reaction to the pneumonia vaccine. (Due to her health issues, I called the local hosp overnight and they felt it was Vaccine related too)
Is there anything I can do for her?? She’s wiped!!

If medicine is not bringing the temp down I'd ask to have her seen by a doc, especially considering her health issues. Didn't actually know there was a pneumonia vaccine, first time I've heard of that but it must be live if you think that's the cause of the reaction?

Yes a pneumonia vaccine is available. We all
Had it this year in addition to flu vaccine.
Sadly we are now in hosp being treated for cellulitis to the vaccine site.
