Why is 15mo poop like this? Pic included (slimy)

My 15 month old just had this poo in her nappy? She’s teething and been sleepy today she’s had quite a few runny pops last few days but this is like slime in it? Any ideas anyone had this?

I'd suggest contact your GP in the morning.

Got an appointment she is very sleepy and has a temp too ☹️

Could be an infection. Good luck at the appointment

They said she ain’t digesting food properly but otherwise ok
